About the co-operative

Co-operative living is all about participation and shared responsibility. Our model emphasises the active involvement of every resident in the management and decision-making processes, fostering a true sense of community and ensuring the co-op serves the needs of its members. Our very active committee is dedicated to developing a sustainable and inclusive living environment for all.

Established in 1982, we manage 47 homes in the leafy village of Sutton at Hone, just four miles outside of Dartford.
